1. Your agreement

These Terms cover the UncensoredAI website, Chat, API and related account services. Your agreement is with the individual operator trading as UncensoredAI. Contact: support@accounts.uncensoredai.click. These Terms apply when you accept them; creating a new account requires your agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Services are not offered to persons located in or ordinarily resident in mainland China, or to entities established under mainland Chinese law. You must not knowingly provide the Services to end users there through your application or another intermediary, or use false information or a proxy to circumvent these restrictions. For this service rule, mainland China excludes Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Nationality, interface language and payment-wallet registration alone do not determine eligibility.

Keep your account, API keys and wallet access secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not send us passwords, private keys or seed phrases. A wallet sign-in signature proves wallet control; it does not authorise a transfer.

3. Using the Services

Use the Services lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use them for child exploitation, fraud, unlawful threats, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorised access or attacks. Do not bypass usage or account controls, abuse promotional offers, or falsify billing records. Commercial applications may use the documented API; selling access credentials separately requires our written approval.

AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate or non-unique. Review it before use. It is not a substitute for professional advice. “Uncensored” describes model positioning and does not promise an answer to every request. Model availability and limits can change; no uptime or support-response guarantee applies unless separately agreed.

4. Prices and credits

Prices and balances are in USD unless stated otherwise. The applicable model rates and checkout amount determine charges; the current standard minimum top-up is $5. A request may reserve credits, and work already performed may be charged after you stop generation or lose a connection. We will correct confirmed billing errors.

Purchased credits are prepayment for the Services, not a deposit, investment or transferable currency. They have no automatic expiry while your account and the Services remain active. Remaining purchased credits on closure are handled under section 5. Promotional credits and referral rewards have their published eligibility and expiry rules and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Payments and refunds

Checkout shows the methods available for each transaction. Credits are added after payment is confirmed and the order is fulfilled. For USDT, use the network, token and exact amount shown on the invoice. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and recovery of an incorrect transfer is not guaranteed.

Contact Support about duplicate charges, missing credit or unused purchased credits. Unless a more specific offer applies, voluntary refunds of unused purchased credits are reviewed case by case. Correctly supplied usage and promotional credits carry no additional voluntary cash-refund promise. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other remedies, including for incorrectly billed or deficient service. Approved refunds normally use the original payment route where available. Any treatment of processing, exchange or network fees must comply with applicable law and pre-purchase disclosures.

6. Content and privacy

You retain the rights you have in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and model terms. You must have permission to submit your inputs. You allow us to process and transmit content as reasonably needed to provide and secure the Services, handle support and meet legal duties, consistently with our Privacy Policy. Model and infrastructure providers may process requests. Do not submit data requiring a separate confidentiality or data-processing agreement without arranging one first.

Regular Chat history is associated with your account. Temporary Chat does not save conversation text to our account-history database or persistent browser storage, but still sends requests for processing and uses necessary security and billing metadata. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Suspension and closure

We may restrict or end access for material breach, ineligibility, abuse, security risk, a legal requirement or withdrawal of a service. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective action may be immediate. You may request account closure through Support. Closure does not erase valid usage charges or statutory remedies. Entering an excluded location does not automatically forfeit purchased credits; unused purchased credits are handled under section 5.

8. Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We remain responsible for remedies required by applicable law; no statement about AI limitations removes those duties.

For business customers only, subject to those exceptions and applicable rules on reasonable limitations, our aggregate liability for claims connected with the Services is limited to the fees paid for the affected Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not reduce a refund of unused purchased credits that is due. For consumers, this business cap does not apply. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were not caused by our breach.

9. Updates and contact

We will identify each version and its effective date, give notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or reprice completed usage. These Terms do not displace laws that mandatorily apply to either party or consumers' rights to seek remedies.
