Data & privacy

We retain account, billing and request metadata needed to operate the service. Regular Chat conversations are saved to your account for cross-device history. Regular Chat may use short conversation excerpts with a configured model to generate an automatic title. We cover that call; it does not use your credit or free replies. Temporary chats are excluded. Temporary chat does not save conversation text to our history database or browser storage; it clears on refresh or close. Necessary request, safety and billing metadata remain. Your selected model provider processes each request. Playground history is stored separately in your browser. To prevent abuse and duplicate promotional credit claims, we use a first-party security cookie, network information, browser automation signals, and hashes and summary measurements of fixed Canvas drawings and synthetic offline audio. We do not record sound, request microphone or camera access, or capture your personal page content. We use first-party analytics cookies to measure public landing pages, referring domains and campaign tags, and link visits to registration, successful trial replies, first paid top-ups and first successful API use. Analytics does not collect chat text, API keys, wallet addresses, IP addresses or private URL query strings. Anonymous page-view records are kept for 90 days; inactive browser identifiers and source metadata are removed after 90 days. This first-party acquisition analytics honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests. Feedback and support submissions, contact details and email delivery status are stored to handle requests and are emailed to our domain support address, which forwards to the operator's Gmail. Ticket history is visible only to its signed-in owner. Feedback rate limiting uses a purpose-specific hash of the network address; raw addresses are not saved in the support tables. Please remove secrets and sensitive conversation content before submitting. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile details to create or sign in to your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendar.

When you follow a referral link, we keep the first valid referral code in your browser for up to 30 days. At signup, we record the referral relationship and the grants, expiry dates and billing entries needed to honor the offer. Referrers cannot see your email address or wallet address.
